By accessing and using Creative Maker Lab ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Digital Products and Licenses

2.1 Personal Use License

All templates and digital products purchased from Creative Maker Lab include a personal use license. You may:

• Use the templates for personal projects
• Create physical products for personal use or gifts
• Modify the templates for your personal needs

2.2 Commercial Use License

If you purchase a commercial license, you may additionally:

• Create physical products for sale
• Use templates in client projects
• Sell finished physical products made with the templates

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital template files
• Claim the designs as your own original work
• Use templates in print-on-demand services (unless specified in commercial license)
• Include templates in digital bundles or collections for sale

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on downloaded digital files. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@creativemakerlab.com within 30 days of purchase for assistance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Creative Maker Lab, including templates, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Creative Maker Lab and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Creative Maker Lab templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure all templates are print-ready and tested, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all printers, cutters, or software versions. Results may vary based on your equipment and settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Maker Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to wasted materials, time, or lost profits.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
